Therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about untangling the knots holding you back. It's a brave journey towards the life you crave, and I use play, humor, and metaphors to make it feel real.
Childhood shapes who we are as adults. So I’ll gently help you trace back to experiences from your past and how they impact your life now.
When it feels difficult to tap into your feelings, we’ll make use of creativity, humour and playfulness to find other ways to process your emotions. This might include using elements of creative psychotherapy and trauma-informed therapy techniques.
I offer online therapy via zoom for both adults and adolescents (age 11+), working with, but not limited to, the following issues:

Qualifications.
BSc Psychology.
PostGraduate Certificate in Integrative Adult Counselling.
MA in Integrative Child & Adolescent Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Ongoing CPD training in areas such as Mindfulness, complex trauma, racial healing, shame & sexual abuse, nature-allied psychotherapy, Tree of Life.
Experience.
My experience spans working in different settings, including schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), higher education, charity services and private practice. I’ve also worked with qualified and trainee psychotherapists / counsellors in both therapeutic and teaching capacities.
I’ve had over 2000 clinical hours with clients of all age groups, including children, young people and adults.

I’m a registered member of BACP and adhere to their code of ethics.
I have regular clinical supervision with a UKCP supervisor to ensure I do the best by my clients and my practice.
Before qualifying as a therapist, I worked in corporate management for six years. So I’m familiar with the stresses of corporate life and team dynamics, especially during times of change.
